GEO is the practice of structuring your content so generative engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews recognize you as a source and quote you directly in their answers. We build that visibility systematically.

Generative engines do not browse pages the way a person does. They collect and process information, then generate an answer by combining the sources they judge most relevant and credible. GEO works backward from that process.
The engine gathers data from across the web, cleans it, and builds a knowledge base. When asked a question, it pulls relevant pieces from many sources and combines them into one coherent answer.
Rather than matching keywords, the model interprets what the person actually means and anticipates the fuller need behind the question, then assembles an answer that addresses it directly.

A study of 10,000 queries by researchers from Princeton, Georgia Tech, the Allen Institute for AI, and IIT Delhi tested which content tactics actually increase how often a source is cited in generative answers.
Three tactics stood out, each delivering a 30 to 40 percent relative improvement in visibility: adding citations to credible sources, including direct quotations, and supporting claims with statistics. These are small changes with outsized effect.
